I enjoyed this absolutely great place, stayed there for 5 nights. The staff helped me with luggage. The location was perfect and the staff was very kind and amazingly nice during the whole stay!

The room lights were overly bright due to power lights and hallway illumination. A sealed door would surely improve peace and prevent noise from late-night guests!!!

Equal parts excellent and disappointing

The staff was pretty good, offering really good service and warmth. From organizing tours to arranging airport transfers, their eagerness to help.

Noise issues were a significant drawback, particularly from thin walls and doors.

There was a lot to enjoy during my stay, especially the very helpful staff who assisted with arranging island tours. The room I stayed in felt cozy and fresh. I loved the rooftop area, which provided a nice space to wash and dry our clothes after a long day out. Plus, being a short tricycle ride from Las Cabanas beach made for nice beach days without the noise of being right in the thick of it.

great service but cramped bathroom

The hotel was new and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, ensuring a comfortable sleep every night. The staff were wonderful, always eager to assist, especially with parking arrangements. Walking to the beach was a joy, awesome for beautiful sunrise walks right nearby.

i loved how close the hotel was to the canopied walk, making the short stroll a fun experience while the beautiful el nido main beach was just a few minutes away, offering perfect spots for sunrise walks and local eateries along the way.

The room was impressively clean, and having a tv was a good touch. The staff was super helpful, especially Ethel, who arranged complimentary transfers and consistently brightened my day with her warm smiles.

The room was very clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff were friendly, from arranging my airport transfer to offering helpful local information. Enjoying crispy salads was nice, but the overall selection for meals could have been more varied.
